FAQ 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

If you are approved, then your store credit or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 5 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

OUT OF STOCK/BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock or back-ordered we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock or back-ordered if you do not wish to wait for item to come-in.

International Shipping

Yes - we ship Worldwide!

Victory Clothing is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, we reserve the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, we reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 2-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

"I Forgot to use my Discount Code"

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order, including your discount code. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder with the discount. Given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.
